- 0 Totally unplayable. Players cannot move or do anything on entry.
- 1 Playable, but there is nothing to do.
- 2 Mechanics or objectives make it more than a space to navigate.
- 3 The objective makes sense and every required object is present and usable.
- 4 The objective is fun and challenging.
- 5 Judges want to keep replaying for faster leaderboard times.
